General Returns & Exchanges Policy
We would like you, to be happy with the products you have pick out. If you are not
pleased with your item,
you may return your order within 14 days for an even exchange, store or website
credit.
Please insure any returned items are in the original package undamaged and in saleable
condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. Special ordered items are not returnable nor drop shipped items cannot be cancelled.

Items that are Not Returnable
We do not accept returns of the following items:
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
- Gift certificates.
- Grocery products and Gourmet gift baskets.
Partial
Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:
- Most items that are returned more than 14 days after delivery.
- Any item that has obvious signs of use.
- Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
